What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the hard work and dedication required to thrive in a traditionally male-dominated field. Pursuing excellence has always been a driving force for me, and I committed myself fully to my education, earning my Associate’s degree from LaGuardia University and my Bachelor’s degree from the City College of New York, graduating summa cum laude and magna cum laude. This combination of perseverance, focus, and a commitment to continuous learning has enabled me to flourish professionally.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can be successful in a male-dominated field. It reminded me to have confidence in my abilities, embrace challenges, and focus on my own growth and achievements rather than letting traditional expectations define my path.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: You can, and you will! Never give up. I also make it a point to mentor students, showing them firsthand what’s possible and helping them realize their full potential in a field where determination and perseverance truly make all the difference.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is establishing myself as a newcomer in a male-dominated industry. At the same time, there’s a significant opportunity to grow my brand and business by building strong networks, forming strategic connections, and leveraging those relationships to expand my professional presence and impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are dedication, integrity, and connection. Professionally, I prioritize understanding my clients’ visions and bringing them to life, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and delighted with the results. Personally, I cherish time spent outdoors with my family and the quiet moments of relaxation that come from curling up with a good book, finding balance and inspiration in both work and life.
