Her Story
About Tiffany
Tiffany Green has spent the past 6 years in property management, where she oversees multifamily properties and focuses on building trust with residents by educating them about available support programs. Her day-to-day work involves helping residents navigate challenges such as rent payments by connecting them with resources like HUD, ensuring they can maintain stable housing. She began her career in resident services after more than 10 years as a caregiver, advancing through roles including assistant property manager within one company, which allowed her to gain experience across single buildings to multi-site operations. Without a college degree, Tiffany relies on hands-on experience and plans to pursue a certified property management certificate. Looking ahead, she aims to transition into the financial and regional side of the industry within 5 years and, over the next 10 to 15 years, to own properties where she can implement similar resident support programs on a larger scale.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe you are who you are. Don't ever doubt what you can do. There's so many things that you'll surprise yourself with once you just take that step. Never forget who you are and what you can do, because sometimes that matters more than anything, because at the end of the day, we're all still learning, and being willing to learn is always going to be key. Just being open and willing to learn.
