About Tiffany
Tiffany Green is a Contract Corporate Flight Attendant based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with two decades of experience in the aviation industry. She began her career in commercial aviation, serving the general public with major carriers including American Airlines and Delta, before transitioning to the private aviation sector approximately six years ago. In her current role, Green provides highly personalized, concierge-style service to executives and private jet owners, combining exceptional hospitality with a strong commitment to safety, discretion, and professionalism. She manages a wide range of in-flight details, including customized catering, charcuterie boards, individual guest preferences, and safety compliance, ensuring each travel experience is comfortable, seamless, and tailored to the client.
Committed to professional excellence, Green invested in specialized corporate cabin attendant training through FlightSafety International and has earned additional certifications in CPR, Med-Air, and first aid. She also completed a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University. Originally attending Florida Gulf Coast University to study early childhood education, Green ultimately followed her passion for travel, customer service, and aviation, building a career that has allowed her to combine those interests with her dedication to serving others. Her extensive background across commercial, corporate, and private aviation has given her a well-rounded understanding of passenger service, safety, hospitality, and the high level of attention to detail required in executive aviation.
Green is guided by the values of open communication, integrity, and a can-do attitude, approaching challenges with curiosity and a willingness to learn rather than focusing on why something cannot be done. She is also passionate about increasing representation for minority women within the aviation industry and encouraging the next generation to pursue opportunities without placing limits on their ambitions. Green believes there is no dream that is too big and that young women should have the confidence to pursue their ideas, take chances, and create their own opportunities. Through her career and mentorship, she strives not only to excel in her field but also to encourage other women to recognize their potential and make their own place at the table.

Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to always remain open to learning and recognize that feedback is a gift. I view constructive feedback as an opportunity to gain new knowledge, grow professionally, and apply what I have learned moving forward. I strive to be the best in my field while also using my experience to support and uplift other women, helping them grow and advance in their careers. I believe there is room for everyone at the table, and we all have a responsibility to create opportunities for others to succeed.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never limit themselves or assume that something is too big or too ambitious to achieve. If you have a vision, pursue it, even if others question whether it is possible. Some of the greatest ideas, innovations, and accomplishments began as dreams that others considered unrealistic. Believe in your abilities, embrace your ideas, and have the courage to pursue them. If you want it, go for it.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is finding additional job opportunities in the Charlotte area. Charlotte is a large metropolitan market with a strong pool of corporate cabin attendants who work on a contract or freelance basis, creating opportunities while also making the field competitive. The role requires a high degree of flexibility, as schedules can change and personal or family responsibilities can sometimes affect availability. Fortunately, I have an amazing support system that helps me navigate those demands while continuing to pursue opportunities and grow in my career.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are open communication, integrity, and maintaining a can-do attitude. When I encounter a challenge or something unfamiliar, I choose to approach it with curiosity and a willingness to learn rather than focusing on the reasons it may not work. I believe in being open to new experiences, giving things a genuine effort, and having the confidence to step outside my comfort zone. My mindset is simple: instead of asking why I cannot do something, I ask, “Why not try?”
