Tiffany Gustafson is a dedicated warehouse operations professional and team leader serving as Walmart Warehouse Specialist at Zak Designs in Airway Heights, Washington. In her role, she oversees the preparation and fulfillment of orders destined for Walmart stores across the United States and Canada, helping ensure the efficient movement of licensed consumer products through a fast-paced distribution environment. Having advanced rapidly from an entry-level warehouse position to a leadership role, Gustafson is recognized for her initiative, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to supporting both her team and the company's continued growth.
Gustafson's career began in the warehouse during her teenage years, working summer jobs alongside her mother. After gaining experience in childcare, fast food, and customer service, she returned to Zak Designs determined to build a long-term career. Starting at the ground level, she quickly earned promotions through her strong work ethic and leadership skills, becoming a team lead within her first year and later assuming responsibility for Walmart warehouse operations. During her tenure, the department has experienced significant expansion, with its Walmart business growing from approximately $18 million to a projected $52 million in annual sales, reflecting the organization's rapid success and the team's operational excellence.

A self-described go-getter, she believes that when she doesn't know the answer, she takes the initiative to find it. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to speaking up when it matters. Advocating for myself, sharing my ideas, and communicating with confidence have helped me create opportunities and grow professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is, "Closed mouths don't get fed." It has reminded me that opportunities often come to those who ask questions, advocate for themselves, and communicate their goals and aspirations.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to keep fighting for what they want and deserve. Believe in your abilities, advocate for yourself, and never be afraid to pursue opportunities that align with your goals.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are loyalty and determination. I believe in building strong relationships, staying committed to my goals, and approaching challenges with persistence. Outside of work, I enjoy horseback riding and paddle boarding, which help me stay active and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
