My advice is to always lead with honesty and integrity. This industry can be tough, so develop a strong sense of resilience, but keep your heart soft enough to stay empathetic and understanding.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge right now is earning clients’ trust—many people are cautious when dealing with insurance agents. But that challenge also brings an opportunity to build lasting relationships through honesty, empathy, and excellent service.
