Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't sweat the small stuff.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's never too late to start over. I was a gymnastics coach. I became an EA, and I was almost [AGE] when I decided to kind of start over, and I didn't realize that there was so much opportunity... if you are not happy at whatever you're doing, to keep reaching for that dream, and things will come to fruition, and just to kind of keep hustling.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Hard work and dedication are super valuable, being trustworthy is huge. Making sure that you're staying on task, and don't feel like you always have to appease everyone. Keeping your head down and grinding, but also know your worth. It's super important, especially being a female. Be able to pivot, having an open mind and being able to go with the flow sometimes.
