Her Story

About Tiffany

As a private client banker, my typical day starts with confirming appointments and making sure everyone's coming in, seeing if anyone needs to reschedule, because life happens. I basically take a lot of meetings, whether walk-ins or scheduled, and I take care of the client whatever their initial need is first, and then go deeper into helping them with their entire financial goal picture. I make sure they know what they're entitled to as a part of banking with us. I always want to make sure that you know what you have access to and that we're taking care of you. I'm the first person to make sure we're taking care of all of your needs. Some of the biggest challenges in my responsibilities are the complexity of some of the accounts, like the trust or estate accounts and business accounts, especially when there's multiple owners. It's about making sure everything's aligned correctly and we're fitting the needs, and making sure it aligns and they're getting connected with who they have to get connected with in case of something more complicated coming through. One thing I'll say is I'm stubborn, so I'm gonna get it done right, and if I can't get it done myself, if I don't have the capabilities in my role, I'm gonna get it to who can. I'm extremely empathetic and I want to take care of the client. I want them to feel safe and I want them to feel like they know I have their best interests and that they're going to be taken care of no matter what. Especially with something like a decedent account, you're already going through enough. I want to make sure that we're taking care of you and I'm gonna try to make this as seamless as possible for you.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

First and foremost, I am extremely empathetic, and I want to take care of the client, and I want them to feel safe, and I want them to feel like they know I have their best interests, and I know that they are going to be taken care of, and I'm going to take care of them, no matter what. I'm going to make sure everything's taken care of. A lot of people come to me with complex accounts, and I make sure that you're already going through a tough time, I'm not gonna make this worse on you, I'm gonna try to make this as easy as possible for you to get through. On my end, I can't promise everything else, but I'm going to try as much as possible. Especially with something like a decedent account, you're already going through enough. I want to make sure that we're taking care of you. I know it's not an easy process, you already had a bunch to do, and I'm gonna try to make this as seamless as possible for you.
