I would say probably God and my family because they were very supportive. Everybody helps. It's like a family business.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't pay attention to your numbers because they can affect your creativity and ambition. Just keep creating your content and only watch it to critique and improve, but don't get caught up in the numbers.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Really learn the business aspect of everything. Be very knowledgeable in what you do, including a little bit of legal stuff. Be assertive and don't be afraid to be themselves. Never stop learning.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Staying relevant by making stories that people can relate to and connect with. Also maintaining a work-life balance as I feel like I'm always going one way or the other.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is at the very top. Good integrity, good character, good morals. We try to make content very family-friendly and multi-generational so everybody can watch it.
