What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the genuine passion I have for the entertainment industry. I truly enjoy booking events and creating opportunities for artists to showcase their talent in lounge settings. Being part of the process that helps promote and elevate artists is incredibly rewarding to me.
Equally important, I take pride in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Addressing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care is a responsibility I value deeply. My commitment to both artists and patrons is what drives me to consistently deliver high-quality events and memorable experiences.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can build a career that is both successful and enjoyable. That perspective reshaped the way I approach my work. It reminded me that passion and profession don’t have to be separate.
I’ve carried that advice with me throughout my journey in the entertainment industry. Choosing a path that I genuinely enjoy has allowed me to stay motivated, creative, and committed, even in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the entertainment industry is simple: you absolutely can build a place for yourself here. This industry is dynamic, creative, and full of opportunity for those who are passionate and willing to put in the work.
Believe in your abilities, stay committed to learning, and don’t be intimidated by the pace or competition. With confidence, professionalism, and persistence, you can establish your presence and create meaningful success in the entertainment field.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is continuing to effectively promote artists while also balancing my commitment to furthering my education. The entertainment industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving, which requires consistent energy, creativity, and strategic promotion to keep artists visible and relevant.
At the same time, pursuing my second master’s degree presents an incredible opportunity for growth. Expanding my education in business psychology allows me to strengthen my leadership skills and better understand team dynamics, client relations, and organizational behavior. Balancing both professional responsibilities and academic advancement is demanding, but it ultimately positions me to bring even greater value to the artists, venues, and teams I work with.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
When I get some time for myself outside of work, I really enjoy museums, music, and art. And the beach - the ocean is what soothes my soul. In terms of what's important to me professionally, I think networking and branding are crucial, but bettering yourself is the number one importance, and utilizing each other to grow together.
