About Tiffany
Tiffany Malek-Hanford serves as Deposition Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator at Gitto and Niefer, LLP. In this role, she handles deposition scheduling, coordination, and documentation while supporting workers' compensation attorneys with CLE tracking and marketing initiatives. Tiffany began her position in 2021 and has grown with the firm by taking on additional responsibilities. She earned a Bachelor of History from the University at Buffalo in 2008 and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from SUNY Broome Community College. Tiffany values clear communication in both professional and personal settings and is a member of the Broome County Arts Council.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Learn as much as possible, and never think that oh, that's not my job, so I'm not gonna learn that. Learn as much as you possibly can, because then you become an even more valued asset.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always keep learning, keep learning, keep growing, come in with a smile on your face, whatever problems you might be having at home, or just personally, try to leave it at the door, and then vice versa. When you are leaving your job for the day, leave work at the door and enjoy your life, and always have an outlet.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Communicating is the most valuable asset that you can have, both in one's personal life and in a business setting. You have to be able to communicate of what's going on.
