Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to trial and error and just not being scared to move forward. I've moved so many times in my life across different states and cities, always liking the freedom to pick up and leave. Now being a homeowner feels new and like it's supposed to happen at this point in my life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is don't settle and don't shortchange yourself. People get comfortable and settle into what they're doing, but there's so much more out there. Also, for those not self-employed, don't stay at a job longer than 3 years to collect experience and increase income over time.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenge is that while regenerative medicine like stem cell therapy, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy is booming with more clinics popping up, some places are doing it just for the money without truly caring about helping patients, leading to poor outcomes. The opportunity is that it's becoming more talked about and accepted, giving people natural alternatives to pills or surgery, especially for perimenopause and joint issues, allowing fulfilled lives.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, loyalty, and being genuine are most important to me. I don't do fake very well and pick up on it quickly. I'm drawn to people who are down to earth and honest.
