Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to a foundation of integrity, humility, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. Throughout my career, I have found that meaningful relationships, deep listening, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed create the greatest opportunities for growth and impact. I am constantly learning, challenging my own assumptions, and looking for ways to better serve the individuals and organizations I work with. That mindset has allowed me to help leaders and teams navigate change, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to spend more time listening than talking. Over the years, I’ve found that some of my greatest leadership lessons have come from taking the time to understand the experiences, challenges, and perspectives of others. Listening creates connection, uncovers insights you might otherwise miss, and ultimately leads to better decisions and stronger relationships.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to become an exceptional listener. Some of the most valuable insights don't come from what people say outright, but from what they imply, avoid, or struggle to articulate. Learn how to listen deeply, identify patterns, and connect the dots in ways that help others see situations more clearly.
Don't be afraid to ask thoughtful, challenging questions.
Growth often begins when someone is encouraged to examine a different perspective, confront a blind spot, or rethink an assumption. The key is to do so with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help them succeed. When you can create an environment where people feel both supported and challenged, you build trust, influence, and the ability to create meaningful change.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping leaders and teams remain resilient, adaptable, and connected in an environment of constant change. Organizations are navigating rapid technological shifts, evolving workforce expectations, and rising performance demands—all while trying to maintain healthy, productive cultures.
At the same time, I see a tremendous opportunity. While artificial intelligence is transforming how we work and making information more accessible than ever, it cannot replace the uniquely human skills that drive great leadership. Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, empathy, trust-building, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations remain critical capabilities that technology cannot replicate. Organizations that invest in developing these skills—alongside technical and strategic capabilities—will be best positioned to attract talent, build strong cultures, and achieve sustainable long-term success.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My values are consistent across both my personal and professional life. Integrity is at the center of everything I do. I believe in being honest, transparent, and willing to have difficult conversations when they are necessary. While those conversations are not always easy, they are often where the greatest growth and progress occur.
I also place a high value on being fully present. In a world filled with distractions, I believe there is tremendous power in truly listening, engaging with others, and giving people your full attention. Some of the most meaningful insights and connections come from simply slowing down and being present in the moment.
Humility is equally important to me. I don't believe leadership is about having all the answers; it's about remaining curious, being open to different perspectives, and continuously learning. Finally, I have always believed in the value of hard work, resilience, and perseverance. Success rarely happens overnight, and I have found that consistently showing up, embracing challenges, and staying committed to growth are often the greatest differentiators over time.
