She is a healthcare executive and nursing leader with experience in hospital administration, emergency department leadership, project management, nursing management, operations, compliance, budgeting, and patient care improvement. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Eureka Springs Hospital and is also CEO and President of TLM Health Consultants. Previously, she held leadership roles with Methodist Health System, Northwest Health System, and Mercy. She holds a DNP in Administrative and Leadership in Health Care and an MHA in Health Care Administration.
