Tiffany Moe

Tiffany Moe is the Founder of Empowered Dental Consulting and a seasoned independent consultant with over 25 years of experience in dentistry and allied healthcare, including 13 years in consulting and recruiting. Based in Miami, Florida, Tiffany works primarily with dental and medical practices to fill urgent hires, train staff, and support practice marketing and business operations. Her career path began with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Florida International University, driven by an early interest in healthcare. She transitioned from her family’s retail business in Miami to hands-on clinical work, spending five years chairside in oral and maxillofacial practices and working in local hospitals. Recognizing her talent for operations and strategy, she moved into practice management, marketing, and project roles before joining Biomet as a consultant and sales representative, ultimately paving the way for her independent consulting career.

As an independent consultant, Tiffany emphasizes organization, consistent hard work, and clear communication. She builds lasting client relationships by delivering practical staffing solutions, staff training—including phone etiquette—and tailored practice support. Her expertise spans recruitment, practice operations, and marketing, and she has built much of her business through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients. Tiffany stays deeply engaged with industry developments, conducting both in-person and virtual client meetings, ensuring that her guidance is timely, relevant, and results-driven.

Outside of her professional work, Tiffany is a dedicated parent to a middle school daughter and actively supports her extracurricular pursuits, serving as chair for a dance and earth club that provides students with community service opportunities. Her family shares a love of animals, participating in rescues and supporting organizations such as Paws for You Rescue. Tiffany enjoys art, cooking, and regular exercise, and she approaches both her professional and personal life guided by values of self-motivation, open-mindedness, kindness, and a go-getter mindset.
