About Tiffany
Tiffany Morish, MS, CRC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Founder of Living Unapologetically 365 Counseling LLC, offering trauma-informed therapy services across Texas. She has been in the mental health field since 2018, following the completion of her master’s degree and receipt of her OPC. Tiffany provides both in-person and telehealth counseling services, with a strong commitment to helping clients move through life with greater emotional stability, self-awareness, and resilience.
Her clinical expertise includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapies, and attachment-based therapy, which serves as the foundation of her therapeutic approach. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, helping clients understand how past experiences shape present emotional and relational patterns. Her work is grounded in a holistic, mind-body framework that supports nervous system regulation and long-term healing.
Through her practice, Living Unapologetically 365, Tiffany works extensively with corporate women and middle-aged clients navigating burnout, high stress, and major life changes, including FMLA and short-term disability-related mental health support. She is dedicated to creating a safe, structured space for healing while empowering clients to function more effectively in their personal and professional lives without sacrificing authenticity or well-being.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to “do it scared,” understanding that fear often signals growth rather than limitation. Moving forward in the face of uncertainty has consistently revealed new opportunities and strengthened my confidence, even in unfamiliar or challenging situations. As the first in my family to complete college, I learned early on that progress is often made by stepping into discomfort rather than waiting for fear to disappear, and that courage is what ultimately creates momentum and long-term success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to choose courage over comfort and trust that growth often comes from stepping into discomfort rather than avoiding it. Know that resources, support systems, and mentorship are available, and do not hesitate to ask for help when you need it. It is also important not to be overly concerned with how others may perceive you; the right environments and relationships will support your development rather than diminish it. If someone interprets your vulnerability or learning process as weakness, it is a sign that their perspective may not align with your growth or professional journey.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in the mental health field today include ongoing stigma, limited public education, and persistent misconceptions about therapy, particularly among certain generations who may be hesitant to engage in services or fully understand the confidentiality and benefits of treatment. These barriers can delay individuals from seeking the support they need and highlight the continued importance of advocacy and mental health education. At the same time, there are meaningful opportunities for growth through expanded partnerships with corporations, state agencies, and organizations such as Amazon and other large employers, which help increase access to care, strengthen financial sustainability for providers, and create pathways to offer low-cost or free therapy services to individuals who are uninsured or underserved.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Consistency and communication are the core values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe in showing up reliably, maintaining follow-through in my commitments, and being intentional about promptness in every aspect of my work. Clear, honest, and transparent communication is essential in building trust, strengthening relationships, and ensuring that clients, colleagues, and collaborators feel supported and informed throughout the process.
