Her Interview

Ten minutes with Tiffany

01What do you attribute your success to?

A little bit of my mom watching her struggle as we were growing up, and then I've always had that drive in myself of I don't quit. I'm gonna keep going and pushing until I succeed.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do what makes you happy. You don't want to be stuck at something that you have to do every day that makes you miserable. You can keep reaching and do something else, and find out what you need to do. Never too late to educate yourself or learn a new skill.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have fun with it. Don't limit yourself. Even the craziest ideas, there's someone that's gonna want it and like it. Don't always just rely on the black and white of something. Go outside the color. You can go anywhere with this field.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Things don't always go as planned, like when only 1 out of 6 food trucks showed up for an event. You have to pivot and make quick phone calls to find replacements in a small town within an hour or two.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I keep my word. What I say is what you get, who you see is what you get. I have always had a strong integrity. I want people to know that they can count on me and trust that if I say it's gonna get done at this time this day, it's gonna get done.
