Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never stop showing up for yourself, regardless of who your employer is. Never stop being authentic to yourself and going after things you want that are fulfilling for you and not necessarily tied to someone else's business goal but to your own personal growth.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to put your voice out there, no matter how inexperienced you may feel. No one knows your specialty like you do, and nobody knows your expertise like you do, whether you've been doing it for 2 days or 2 decades. Always put yourself out there.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Navigating having my own personal brand and consulting for event strategy while being event and content marketing director for a video marketing agency, balancing both worlds.
