About Tiffany
Tiffany Phillips has dedicated her career to special education since graduating from Bowling Green State University in Ohio in 2012 with a focus on the mild to moderate disability range. With over 12 years in the field, she began as a teacher after high school placements sparked her interest in autism and disabilities, leading her to work in mainstream inclusion in Tennessee, a specialized school for severe disabilities in Florida where she taught subjects including Spanish, English, Braille, and sign language, and various roles back in Ohio including middle school, kindergarten, and administrative compliance work. As an independent contractor for approximately four years, Phillips advocates for families by assisting with IEPs and school navigation, tutors students worldwide, and remains active with organizations like Autism Speaks and epilepsy groups. Her notable achievements include achieving full compliance for schools through detailed paperwork and audits, receiving Marquis Who's Who recognition for 2025, Teacher of the Week in Northwest Ohio, and Teacher of the Month in Florida in 2023. Based in Tiffin, Ohio, she continues to emphasize personalized support and long-term planning for students with disabilities.
