Her Story
About Tiffany
Tiffany Post is a Senior Art Director with approximately 15 years of experience across marketing, design, and creative leadership. She began her professional journey with an early interest in animation and architecture before transitioning into graphic design, where she built a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, and storytelling. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management, strengthening her ability to align creative execution with strategic business objectives. Tiffany is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Leadership and Cultural Management at Colorado State University, with expected completion in December.
For the past decade, Tiffany has worked extensively in the telecommunications industry, including 10 years supporting AT&T in creative and marketing roles. In this capacity, she has led the development and maintenance of scalable design systems while producing a wide range of digital and print marketing assets for enterprise-level campaigns. Her work has consistently required cross-functional collaboration with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to ensure brand consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality execution across complex, high-volume marketing initiatives.
Prior to her tenure in telecommunications, Tiffany served as a Marketing Coordinator in Houston, where she supported nonprofits and small businesses through branding, design, and integrated communications. In addition, she recently completed her first curatorial exhibition through an internship at Colorado State University, expanding her practice into cultural programming and exhibition development. Across all roles, she is recognized for her systems-oriented approach to design, her commitment to thoughtful storytelling, and her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful, and audience-centered creative solutions.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong sense of dedication and a consistent commitment to approaching my work with integrity, kindness, empathy, and compassion. These values have guided how I collaborate with others, make decisions, and navigate challenges throughout my career. By maintaining a focus on both high standards and genuine respect for the people I work with, I have been able to build trusted relationships, contribute meaningfully to team success, and sustain long-term professional growth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received came from my grandfather, who encouraged me to follow what I genuinely love doing and trust that success and financial rewards would follow. That guidance has stayed with me throughout my career and continues to shape the decisions I make. It has helped me stay aligned with work that is meaningful and creatively fulfilling, while also allowing professional opportunities and growth to develop naturally over time.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around balance, curiosity, and intentional living. I prioritize maintaining a healthy connection between mind and body through activities like hiking and yoga, which help me stay grounded and present. I also value lifelong learning and reflection, which I explore through reading philosophy, metaphysics, and spirituality, as they deepen my understanding of people and the world around me. In my personal life, compassion and care extend into how I show up for others, including the strong bond I share with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, which reinforces the importance of empathy, presence, and meaningful connection in everything I do.
