My advice to young women entering this industry is to combine a strong educational foundation with entrepreneurial ambition. Education offers stability, valuable networking opportunities, and a platform to develop leadership skills that can be leveraged for entrepreneurial ventures. I encourage emerging leaders to explore complementary opportunities such as creating digital products, offering workshops, or pursuing speaking engagements using the experience and connections gained in education as a springboard to expand their impact and build sustainable, purpose-driven careers.
