Tiffany Roberts, BSN, RN, FCC, is the founder and CEO of Heal Up, LLC, a mobile foot care service dedicated to providing medical pedicures and skilled nursing support to seniors and homebound patients. With over 18 years in nursing, Tiffany began her career as a CNA in a nursing home, developing a deep passion for senior care. Recognizing a gap in accessible podiatry services for the elderly, she created Heal Up to deliver 100% mobile, compassionate, and professional foot care directly to clients’ homes or facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities.
Through Heal Up, Tiffany addresses critical foot health concerns, including long or ingrown toenails, calluses, and rough heels, helping to maintain mobility, reduce fall risks, and support overall health. Her approach combines thorough assessments, HIPAA-compliant record-keeping, and personalized care plans, ensuring each client receives safe and effective treatment. Tiffany’s services are especially valuable for patients with diabetes or other conditions that make traditional podiatry visits difficult.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering nursing to embrace nervousness as a sign of vigilance and to pursue non-traditional nursing roles with confidence, knowing that innovation and compassion can open new paths in healthcare.
