Her Interview

Ten minutes with Tiffany

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong foundation I built at the clinical research site level, where I gained firsthand experience working with patients and understanding their needs. Over nearly 12 years in clinical research, I have grown from site-level roles to the sponsor side, now supporting clinical sites, protocol development, and regulatory submissions at Galderma. My background in microbiology, teaching experience, and work with patients facing complex neuropsychiatric conditions have strengthened both my scientific and leadership skills. I also value mentorship, networking, and meaningful connections, which continue to shape my growth in the field.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering clinical research is to start at the site level and gain firsthand experience with patients, study processes, and day-to-day logistics. Understanding how a study actually operates can help you design more practical and effective protocols. I also encourage building a strong professional network, as meaningful connections can be invaluable throughout your career.
