About Tiffany
I made a career transition from dentistry into financial advising, where I've been building my practice for the past 6 years. I started my journey in this field with Northwestern Mutual, where I found my footing in an industry that was traditionally male-dominated. Being a single mother of three children - ages 11, 7, and 4 - has shaped my approach to both my career and my life. I've had to stay on my feet and keep pushing forward no matter what challenges come my way. What drives me most in my work is building genuine connections with people, understanding their why, their story, and their background. I became involved with Alpha Miami, a Hispanic women's organization in South Florida that focuses on empowerment and developing leaders who inspire and influence within the Latino culture. Being part of this group of empowered females in a field that was once dominated by masculine energy gave me the push and drive to go for more. Through networking and hearing other women's stories, I've been able to connect on a deeper, more empathetic level, learning from others' experiences and using that to fuel my own growth.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Building relationships and connections is most important to me. I've been able to see the benefit of getting to know people, understanding people's why, their story, their background, and the inspirational aspects that give that push. I value that empathetic feel - knowing that you have probably gone through that learning experience as well through others. When you're part of an organization or you read people's stories and backgrounds, you connect with them on a deeper level, and that connection is what drives me forward.
