About Tiffany
Tiffany Sondergaard is an award-winning publicist, media strategist, event producer, and strategic connector who serves as the Founder of --ts Brand Elevation, a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based firm specializing in brand elevation, public relations, event marketing, and talent management. She launched the company in 2019 after more than two decades in the communications industry. Her professional experience includes more than 20 years in public relations, approximately 10 years in events, and five years in talent management. Earlier in her career, she worked in New York City, where she booked media tours for New York Times bestselling authors and helped secure high-profile media opportunities, including appearances on programs such as Oprah and Good Morning America.
Throughout her career, Sondergaard has developed national publicity and product-launch campaigns for major brands including Reebok, Bath & Body Works, Bioré, TOMY, and Procter & Gamble. Her work has generated media exposure through Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, USA Today, Oprah, and Page Six, while her event and brand experience includes corporate activations connected to the USGA U.S. Senior Open and NASCAR Xfinity Series. She has also provided strategic communications and publicity support for talent, athletes, nonprofits, associations, and community organizations, including four-time Olympian Joetta Clark. Her expertise encompasses media relations, public relations, event marketing, content and brand strategy, influencer engagement, community partnerships, and integrated marketing communications.
Sondergaard is also the founder of ToastiQueen, a professional development and networking platform launched in 2023 to create opportunities for women in business to be seen, celebrated, and connected. The initiative has brought together nearly 155 female founders, executives, and changemakers and has partnered with organizations including Lehigh Valley Health Network, Meals on Wheels, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Women's Business Council, American Heart Association, and YWCA Allentown. Her contributions have been recognized through honors including The Morning Call Lehigh Valley Most Influential People, the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business Most Influential Leaders recognition, and Lehigh Valley Style's Influential Women recognition. She attributes her success to her support team, clients, community, and the relationships she has built throughout her career.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my support team, the support of my clients and my community, and the incredible relationships I have built over many years. Those relationships and the people who have supported, challenged, and trusted me have played an important role in my professional journey.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Know your value and be willing to say no to projects that would compromise your existing commitments, particularly when faced with eleventh-hour requests. Understanding your worth and maintaining appropriate boundaries are important parts of building a sustainable and successful career.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I currently face is understanding the needs of my support team while effectively managing their workload. Balancing team capacity with client needs and the demands of our work is an important part of maintaining an effective and sustainable operation.
