Her Story

About Tiffany

Tiffany M. Stevens, LCPC, is the Founder and CEO of Graceful Growth Counseling Services, located at 171 North Aberdeen Street, suite 400 in Chicago, Illinois. With 16 years of experience in the field, she began her path after a close friend was murdered by her husband, leading her to volunteer at a domestic violence shelter. She earned a business degree, followed by a master's degree in human resources, and then a master's in community mental health. Stevens worked at the YWCA in the Sexual Violence Support Services Program as one of the only rape crisis therapists on the south side of Chicago. In 2019, she founded her private practice, Graceful Growth Counseling Services, which now has a team of 12 to 13 staff including 6 therapists. She also coaches female founders and is forming a not-for-profit called Cultivating Her in partnership with Women, Worth, and Wealth. Stevens is a member of New Rise Community Impact, a not-for-profit dedicated to helping individuals impacted by traumatic brain injury, and she previously founded the Glam Foundation focused on survivors of domestic violence. She attributes her success to her spiritual quality, which keeps her grounded and focused on what is important, listening to inner guidance to slow down and focus on family, and paying attention to people so they feel seen and heard.

01What do you attribute your success to?

My spiritual quality keeps me grounded and focused on what is important. Being able to listen to that inner guidance to slow down when needed and focus on family. Paying attention to people so they feel seen and heard.
