About Tiffany

I am a community development finance and banking professional with over a decade and a half of experience in lending, credit analysis, and investment management, currently serving as Executive Director of the C3 Fund at Renovo Financial, a role I have held since January 2022, where I lead a Community Development Financial Institution focused on providing capital and resources to underserved communities. Prior to this promotion, I served as Program Director of the C3 Fund for over a year, where I developed and managed programs to support community development lending.

Before joining Renovo, I spent over three years at Wintrust Financial Corporation in progressively responsible roles, including Assistant Vice President and CRA Investment Officer, where I managed Community Reinvestment Act investments, Wealth Services Underwriter, where I supported wealth management lending, and Credit Analyst, where I performed detailed financial, credit, and industry analysis and completed rotations in commercial and industrial lending, franchise, wealth services, and capital markets.

Earlier in my career, I spent over seven years at J.P. Morgan in progressively responsible roles, including Syndicated Loans Deal Closer in the Commercial Bank, where I worked with attorneys, borrowers, and investors to close over two hundred syndicated deals resulting in revenues of one-point-seven billion dollars, Portfolio Account Manager, where I managed relationships between borrowers and lender groups for twenty-six corporate investment bank clients, Trade Support Analyst, where I provided analysis to senior management on clearing volume and exchange activity, Business Analyst Intern for Futures and Options, and Private Wealth Management Intern, where I performed research on private equity firms and assisted with client relationship management.

Across my career in community development finance, banking, and investment management, my work has been driven by a commitment to expanding access to capital, supporting underserved communities, and building strong financial institutions that drive economic growth and opportunity. Whether I am leading a CDFI, managing community development investments, or closing syndicated loans, I bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to creating positive impact through finance. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing community development finance at Renovo Financial.
