Her Story
About Tiffany
I'm a speaker, author, personal brand coach, and brand strategist with over 20 years of experience in marketing. I do business development for Workhorse Marketing, where I've been for a year. My background includes working in marketing for over two decades, and I specialize in business development, marketing, strategic placement, brand management, and personal branding. In my role, I do a lot of networking and aligned strategic partnerships, assessing what people are looking for in marketing and branding, whether that be personal branding or their company branding. I work with them to find out what their needs are and then place them with companies, either Workhorse or other companies that fit their needs. I also coach and speak on reinvention is your secret weapon, talking to women's companies and corporations on how women can reclaim their voice, rebuild their brand, and use this as a leadership skill, which is truly my passion. I'm a domestic violence survivor, and I wrote a memoir called Inside the Ring, published in 2019, about my experience being married to professional wrestler Ric Flair. The book is really about helping women know that there's life on the other side of trauma and how we make decisions to overcome it. That's what led me to really coach and speak on reinvention and personal branding, because it's so important for women to understand the importance of that. I want to be able to speak more on the reinvention piece and the personal branding piece because I think it's such a powerful space, not just for women, but for men. I'm on the board of a nonprofit that helps women that have been through trauma and what that healing process looks like in life on the other side, because I think our voices are changing the world.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm really particular on what groups I get involved with, who I affiliate with, and who I can bring value to and get value from. I think that's how we elevate each other. I'm all about empowering women, but I'm also not here to tear men down, because I've had some powerful men really cause me pain, but also carry me through. I struggle sometimes with empowering women because sometimes women can be harder on each other than anything, so I think we need to really look at what that means. I think it's our God-given gift to empower each other, because the more we're empowered, the more we empower the men around us. I think it's really important that people understand that their personal brand elevates whatever company they're working for, and we forget about our voices. I think our voices are changing the world.
