I am an operations leader with a strong track record of managing teams, driving financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple industries, currently serving as Operations Manager at Aptive Environmental, a role I have held since May 2023. In this position, I am responsible for the successful management of my branch, overseeing daily operations, staffing, inventory management, marketing strategies, sales initiatives, customer service, budgeting, accounting, payroll, and hiring and training employees. I also handle forecasting, P&L management, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly business presentations to ensure branch performance aligns with organizational goals.

Prior to this role, I served as Pharmacy Operations Manager for nearly four years, where I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pharmacy, managing staff, coordinating workflow, inventory management, monitoring safety and accuracy, implementing policies and procedures, and handling financial aspects including budgeting and strategic planning. Before that, I served as Operations Supervisor for nearly six years, where I assisted the Highway Patrol with dispatching Emergency Response Units to vehicle accidents on Arizona freeways, managing a high-stress, fast-paced environment while mentoring and guiding operators to improve performance.

Across my career in operations management, I have developed deep expertise in operational planning, decision-making, recruiting, business growth, financial management, and customer relationship management. Whether I am leading a branch in the pest control industry, managing a pharmacy, or coordinating emergency response teams, I bring a results-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence that drives performance and builds strong teams.
