She is the Owner of A & T Winegarner Express Logistics, a courier and transportation company specializing in secure, time-sensitive delivery services for medical, dental, pharmaceutical, legal, business, and contract clients. With a background spanning healthcare administration and logistics, Tiffany brings a strong understanding of both patient-centered operations and the importance of dependable transportation. Her company provides same-day and scheduled delivery solutions and is committed to professional, reliable service.
Before launching A & T Winegarner Express Logistics in 2026, Tiffany built an extensive career in healthcare strategy and operations, including her work with University Hospitals Population Health. In this role, she supervised strategic and operational initiatives designed to improve quality outcomes, performance metrics, patient access, and continuity of care. She collaborated with clinical and operational teams, monitored key performance indicators, identified workflow improvements, and supported programs focused on chronic disease management, patient engagement, and health and wellness. Her healthcare experience has shaped her commitment to helping patients receive appropriate care, preventive services, and resources that address their broader needs.
Tiffany's entrepreneurial journey reflects her perseverance, leadership, and dedication to helping others. She began working in courier and delivery services before establishing her own logistics company, which has expanded to support drivers and delivery operations across multiple states. Her professional qualifications include HIPAA training, TWIC credentialing, and experience in medical logistics and operational process improvement. Tiffany earned a bachelor's degree in Health/Healthcare Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is continuing her professional development.
