Tiffany Yandle
Tiffany Yandle is the president and founder of In Bloom Advocacy, a nonprofit now in its fourth year that provides special education advocacy and training for families across the Southeast. She is a distinguished special education advocate, Autism Spectrum Disorder specialist, and educational leader with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Tiffany also serves as Director of Business Development at Bierman Autism, leveraging her expertise to advance educational programs and support children with Autism. Her career spans K–12 administration, classroom leadership, and nonprofit management, reflecting a steadfast commitment to empowering students, families, and educators. Tiffany’s professional focus is helping families navigate school systems and community resources to secure personalized supports for children with disabilities. She provides one-on-one advocacy, attends IEP and 504 meetings, conducts school observations, and connects families to therapists and financial resources. Her approach prioritizes loving service, faith, and family, ensuring children and their families receive meaningful, individualized guidance. As a national speaker and professional development creator, Tiffany influences educators and leaders on best practices in special education, parent advocacy, and inclusive learning strategies. She is also a board member for the Early Childhood Foundation of Cabarrus County. Married with four children, Tiffany is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Special Education, which she will complete at the end of 2026. She is passionate about her growing her faith and traveling with her family to experience different cultures, making it a point to travel each month. Known as a transformational leader, Tiffany unites stakeholders, develops innovative programs, and drives measurable impact, ensuring that students with disabilities and their communities are supported, valued, and empowered.

What do you attribute your success to?
Tiffany attributes her success to the unwavering support of the Lord, her husband and her family, whose encouragement and guidance have been foundational in her professional journey and advocacy work. From a young age her Grammie and Mom encouraged her to take the lead, use her voice to make a difference for those around her, and continue to learn everyday!
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice Tiffany has ever received is to “take the chance,” a principle that has guided her willingness to embrace new opportunities, lead initiatives, and create meaningful impact in education and advocacy for others.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
"Figure out your purpose and passion and make sure your work aligns with it." She encourages women to seek roles that let them make a difference in their communities! She meets many educators seeking a transition; Tiffany encourages educators to have a supported transition to ensure they can still facilitate a difference for children.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Tiffany sees one of the biggest challenges in her field as navigating a fragmented educational system, where securing meaningful support for children with disabilities often requires persistent advocacy and collaboration with school teams. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to drive systemic change, empower families, and create more inclusive, effective learning environments for all students.

Tiffany’s work and personal life are guided by her faith and a commitment to loving and serving others, with family at the center of everything she does. These values drive her advocacy, leadership, and dedication to supporting children, families, and her community.
