Her Story
About Tiffany
I am an intimacy and quality of life advocate for cancer survivors, a certified sex coach, and an entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and couples rediscover pleasure, connection, and sexual wellness after cancer and life transitions. I am the Founder and CEO of Entice Me Soirées, Inc., a role I have held since February 2011, where I work as a mentor, coach, speaker, and sensuality advisor, offering private coaching, digital courses, workshops, and luxury non-toxic sexual wellness products. I support clients with issues including increasing libido, menopausal concerns, sexual dysfunction, improving sex life, communication, sexual confidence, and exploring new dimensions of intimacy and pleasure.
I am also the Founder of Sexy Survivors by Maison Joie de Vivre, a stand-alone virtual program for cancer survivors, beginning with women who have undergone breast, reproductive, and genital cancer treatments. Our pleasure-based bio-psycho-social platform provides a seven-week online group program and resources for individuals and couples to rediscover self-love and intimacy post-treatment, addressing critical concerns often overlooked in the cancer care continuum. Our goal is to provide this platform directly to Cancer Treatment Centers and Cancer Survivorship Programs on a retainer basis.
Prior to my work in sexual wellness and coaching, I spent over fourteen years at Romano's Macaroni Grill, where I began as a Hostess and quickly moved into roles including Administrative Assistant, Corporate Trainer, Manager, Chef, and eventually General Manager, becoming the youngest female GM in the company. I revamped systems, processes, and teams, opened twelve restaurants around the country, and mentored multiple managers to promotion. I also worked as a Make-Up Artist and Cosmetic Counter Manager at Federated Department Stores for seven years.
Across my career in coaching, sexual wellness, and hospitality leadership, my work has been driven by a passion for empowering others to embrace their full selves, build confidence, and create lives filled with joy, pleasure, and connection. Whether I am coaching cancer survivors through intimacy recovery, mentoring leaders in the hospitality industry, or speaking about sexual wellness, I bring a compassionate, empowering, and transformative approach to everything I do. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advocating for sexual health and wellness for cancer survivors and beyond.

Ten minutes with Tiffany
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from persistence and perseverance, a hard work ethic, believing in what I do, and really having a passion for it that keeps me going every day.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is the Richard Branson quote: say yes and figure out how.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have thick skin, and know that success doesn't come overnight. It is a long game.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Women's healthcare is still super underfunded, and medical research on women is less than 1% of all medical research. Sex is still very taboo, highly guarded on social media and in business.

Passion, integrity, and loyalty are most important to me.
