What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
As a young woman entering this industry, I would advise taking the time to explore your dreams, aspirations, and interests to build a strong foundation for success. My mindset has been profoundly shaped by the teachings of Tony Robbins, along with the unwavering support and guidance I received from my grandparents. Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring associates at T-Mobile and Sprint, many of whom have gone on to become successful entrepreneurs and retail store owners—one of whom now earns over $650,000 annually. I believe that investing in yourself and fostering meaningful guidance for others are key components to thriving in this field.
