Her Story

About Tiffony

My career path started with a desire to save the community and help youth. I noticed young people were really interested in music, so I started using music as a way to reach out to them and gather their thoughts better. They connected through music, so I began helping them with their singing and rapping. As I got deeper into it, I found out there was more to singing and rapping - that they could register their music and get paid from it. I saw they had a big interest in it, so I started managing artists, and it grew from there. Today, my main areas of expertise are managing, recording music, and motivational speaking. I also work in home healthcare. A typical day for me involves trying to stay organized, putting shows together, making sure my artists have their things intact, ensuring their music is properly registered, trying to get them on different platforms and streaming platforms, getting them shows, getting them booked in different places, and working as well. I'm just trying to maintain and do everything in such little time. I'm very educated - I graduated from ASU and I'm a certified clinical medical assistant. I have my CNA license, EKG license, phlebotomy license, and I also work in the operating room as a PCT tech. I speak with different organizations like the We Win organization, where they speak out to the communities. I also have my own Save the Community and Youth, where we go out and speak to different kids in the community, troubled kids, and things of that nature. I also do movies and filming - I've been on BET on the Ms. Pat show. I have a giving heart and I like to help others. In my healthcare field, I'm able to help others, and in the entertainment field, I'm able to help a lot more. It's just about giving back and seeing people smile and helping others.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to myself, because I never gave up on myself when others did. I just kept going no matter what I faced, and I never stopped, because if you don't keep going, then you won't know where you'll end up.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is to keep going, no matter what you face, and never stop. Because if you don't keep going, then you won't know where you'll end up. So just keep going.
