I would advise young women entering this industry to secure a seasoned mentor early in their careers. Having guidance from someone experienced can help you navigate challenges, build confidence, and accelerate your growth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in real estate right now is overcoming buyers’ trust issues and fears. At the same time, there’s always room for growth and opportunity, whether it’s expanding networks, learning new strategies, or helping clients achieve their dreams.
