About Tina
Dr. Tina Brecht, MD
Vitality & Energy Restoration Expert for Women Over 35 Founder, Vital360 Coaching Author, The Vital Life: 11 Pillars
For 26 years, I practiced medicine and cared for thousands of patients — but behind the scenes, I saw a pattern that broke my heart. Brilliant, capable, hard‑working women were running on empty. They were exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the life they truly wanted.
And no prescription could fix the deeper issue: their energy systems were depleted, their habits were overloaded, and their sense of self was buried under responsibility.
I knew I was meant to help in a different way.
Today, I lead Vital360 Coaching, a transformational health coaching practice built on my proprietary framework — the 11 Pillars of Vitality — introduced in my book The Vital Life.
My work blends medical insight, behavioral science, nervous system regulation, and soul‑aligned coaching to help women rebuild their energy from the inside out.
I help women over 35 with chronic fatigue who are tired of being tired:
- Understand the root causes of their exhaustion
- Rebuild their vitality through sustainable habits
- Strengthen their emotional and physical resilience
- Reconnect with what they love
- Transform their identity from depleted to empowered
My coaching is warm, intuitive, structured, and deeply supportive. I believe every woman deserves to feel powerful, energized, and fully alive — and I’m committed to helping you get there.
My Mission: To guide women into a life where energy is abundant, habits are aligned, and purpose is clear — so they can rise into the life they were meant to live.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to three things: clarity, resilience, and service.
1. Clarity of Purpose
I learned that when your purpose is clear, your path becomes navigable.
My purpose has always been to help women reclaim their vitality — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and in their identity.
That clarity has guided every decision, every pivot, and every reinvention.
2. Resilience Built Through Experience
My success didn’t come from ease — it came from endurance.
Years of medical training, private practice, motherhood, reinvention, and rebuilding taught me how to rise, adapt, and keep moving forward.
Fatigue, burnout, and transformation aren’t abstract concepts to me — they’re lived experiences.
That resilience is the backbone of my work.
3. A Commitment to Service
Everything I do is rooted in service:
• Service to women who feel unseen in their exhaustion
• Service to those who want their energy back
• Service to those who want to feel like themselves again
When you serve from a place of authenticity, people feel it.
That’s what creates trust, impact, and lasting change.
4. A Systems Mindset
I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in systems.
Energy is a system.
Identity is a system.
Healing is a system.
My success comes from building frameworks that actually work, and teaching women how to apply them in real life.
5. Courage to Evolve
Every chapter of my life required me to evolve — professionally, personally, spiritually.
I attribute my success to the courage to keep growing, even when the path wasn’t clear.
6. Deep Empathy for Women’s Journeys
Women over 35 carry so much:
Caregiving, careers, emotional labor, hormonal shifts, identity transitions.
My empathy for that journey allows me to connect deeply, coach effectively, and create transformation that lasts.
My success comes from aligning my purpose with my experience, my resilience with my compassion, and my systems with the real lives of the women I serve.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Build a life you don’t need to recover from.”
That single sentence changed everything for me.
It taught me that success isn’t about pushing harder, doing more, or proving yourself. It’s about designing your work, your habits, and your energy in a way that supports who you are becoming — not who you used to be.
It reminded me that:
• Burnout is not a badge of honor
• Rest is a strategy, not a reward
• Alignment creates more success than effort
• Your career should expand your life, not consume it
• You can reinvent yourself at any age, any stage
That advice helped me transition from medicine to coaching, from exhaustion to vitality, and from surviving to leading with purpose.
It’s the foundation of everything I teach women now:
Your career should energize you, not drain you.
“Build a life you don’t need to recover from.”
That advice taught me to choose alignment over burnout and purpose over pressure — and it’s shaped every chapter of my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
“Lead with purpose, protect your energy, and trust your evolution.”
For young women entering the wellness, longevity, and coaching space, here’s the guidance I wish someone had given me early on:
1. Build your career around your values, not trends
Your work will feel meaningful and sustainable only when it aligns with your deeper mission.
Your own profile reflects this — your mission is to guide women into a life where energy is abundant and purpose is clear .
2. Master your craft — but also master yourself
Technical knowledge matters, but your nervous system, habits, and identity shape your ability to lead.
Your coaching blends medical insight, behavioral science, and nervous system regulation — that integration is what sets you apart.
3. Don’t be afraid to evolve
Your journey spans medicine, surgery, movement instruction, behavioral health, and longevity research .
Your evolution is your strength.
Young women should know that reinvention is not a detour — it’s part of leadership.
4. Protect your energy as fiercely as your ambition
Burnout is common in wellness fields because women often over-give.
Your work exists because you saw brilliant, capable women running on empty .
Teach yourself to set boundaries early.
5. Lead with empathy, not perfection
Women don’t need perfect leaders — they need relatable ones.
Your coaching is warm, intuitive, structured, and deeply supportive .
Empathy builds trust, and trust builds transformation.
6. Build systems, not just inspiration
Energy, vitality, and identity are systems — not slogans.
Your 11 Pillars of Vitality and Vitality Wealth Framework are examples of how systems create lasting change .
7. Stay rooted in service
The most successful women in wellness are those who serve from authenticity.
Your work is built on helping women rebuild their energy from the inside out .
Service creates impact — and impact creates opportunity.
“Your voice, your story, and your evolution are your greatest assets. Build a career that honors all three.”
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
1. Rising Rates of Burnout Among Women (Challenge + Opportunity)
Women over 35 are experiencing unprecedented levels of fatigue, overwhelm, and identity strain.
This is a challenge — but also a massive opportunity.
More women are seeking holistic, root‑cause solutions rather than quick fixes.
Vital360 approach meets these needs.
2. The Shift Toward Nervous System–Based Wellness (Opportunity)
The industry is finally recognizing that energy is not just physical — it’s neurological.
Nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and stress recovery are becoming central to wellness.
3. Over-Saturation of Surface-Level Wellness Advice (Challenge)
The market is crowded with generic tips, influencers, and “one-size-fits-all” solutions.
Women are tired of being told to “sleep more and drink water.”
The opportunity:
Your systems-based, diagnostic, identity-level approach stands out as deeply credible and transformational.
4. Growing Demand for Personalized Coaching (Opportunity)
Women want tailored guidance, not broad advice.
My customized assessments, 3‑session Energy Reset, 3‑month Success Plan, and 12‑month Transformation meet this demand with structure and depth.
5. Identity Burnout in High-Achieving Women (Challenge)
Many women are exhausted not just physically — but emotionally and existentially.
They’re questioning:
“Who am I now?”
“Where did my energy go?”
“Why can’t I keep up like I used to?”
6. Lack of Integration Between Medical Knowledge and Coaching (Challenge)
Most coaches lack clinical understanding.
Most clinicians lack coaching skills.
I bridge both worlds — which is rare.
7. The Rise of Longevity Science (Opportunity)
Women are becoming more proactive about aging well, not just living long.
The Vital360 longevity framework positions us at the forefront of this movement.
8. Women Seeking Community, Not Just Information (Opportunity)
Women want safe spaces to heal, learn, and grow together.
Our small group sessions and long-term programs create exactly that.
The biggest opportunity in my field is helping women move from chronic exhaustion to empowered vitality — not through quick fixes, but through systems, identity work, and sustainable habits that transform their entire life.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
1. Integrity
I believe in doing work that is honest, ethical, and aligned with my purpose.
Integrity means showing up with truth — not trends, not shortcuts, not quick fixes.
It’s the foundation of trust with the women I serve.
2. Compassion
Women carry so much: emotional labor, caregiving, career pressure, identity shifts.
Compassion allows me to meet women where they are, without judgment, and help them rebuild from a place of safety and understanding.
3. Empowerment
My work is about helping women reclaim their energy, their identity, and their voice.
Empowerment means teaching women to trust themselves again — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
4. Resilience
Energy is not just about habits; it’s about the ability to rise, adapt, and rebuild.
Resilience is a value I live personally and teach professionally.
It’s the engine behind transformation.
5. Purpose
Purpose guides every decision I make.
In my personal life, it keeps me grounded.
In my work, it keeps me focused on helping women feel like themselves again.
6. Growth
I believe in evolving — in career, identity, and self‑understanding.
Growth is a lifelong value for me, and it’s central to the Vital360 journey.
7. Connection
Healing happens in community.
Connection creates safety, belonging, and shared strength.
It’s one of the most important values in both my coaching and my personal life.
Integrity, compassion, empowerment, resilience, purpose, growth, and connection guide everything I do — in my work and in my life. These values shape how I lead, how I serve, and how I help women reclaim their vitality.
