Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tina
01What do you attribute your success to?
My number one would be my parents. They have been the solid rock through my ups and downs, and have encouraged me, and have words of advice when I needed them. Number two would be my supportive employers, the ones who want to see me grow.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do the best you can. Don't expect perfection, but do the best you can. No need to be perfect.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have patience. It doesn't happen overnight. Make the best of your current situation, and just keep aiming higher. Goals are in small steps. You can't just set this huge, lofty goal and expect to achieve it. They're little steps.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and kindness are big to me. Respect is big to me. And being responsible.
