Quentina “Tina” Johnson is a performance-driven entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and community leader based in Houston, Texas. With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and brand development, Tina began her career representing top-tier brands such as Red Bull, Camel, Estée Lauder, Clinique, and Visible Changes. In these roles, she consistently boosted regional sales and engagement, earning recognition for her leadership and ability to thrive in high-energy, results-focused environments.
Tina is the Founder of Welcome Home Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping single mothers and families rebuild stability by providing essential household items, furniture, and home-making resources. She also oversees Done Deal Katy, a second-chance housing program that partners with apartment communities to help families overcome credit and rental challenges to secure safe, stable housing. Through these initiatives, Tina combines her business acumen with her passion for empowerment, giving families hope and a foundation for long-term success.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Tina serves as Vice President of Outreach for the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Cy-Fair Express Network (CYFEN), where she champions mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth for women.
