Her Story

About Tina

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology, business, and people—focused on helping organizations navigate complexity and turn it into opportunity.

What drives me most is building structure where there isn’t any—whether that’s establishing cloud governance, creating scalable operating models, or bringing teams together around a shared vision. I enjoy solving problems that don’t have a clear path forward and working across organizations to align strategy, execution, and accountability.

At Epiq, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape how we approach cloud transformation within the Legal Solutions business, from governance and financial oversight to ensuring our implementations meet the highest standards of security and compliance. I work closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions that are not only effective, but sustainable.

I’m passionate about developing strong teams, fostering collaboration, and creating environments where people can do their best work. Throughout my career, I’ve found that the most impactful outcomes come from combining the right strategy with the right people—and staying focused on delivering meaningful results.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, loyalty, and an unwavering belief that there is always a path forward.

I approach challenges with the mindset that obstacles are not stopping points—they are problems to solve. Whether that means removing barriers or finding a different route, I stay focused on the end goal and work until I find a way to get there.

I’m also deeply committed to the people and organizations I support. That loyalty, combined with a determination to keep going even when things are difficult, has been a defining factor in my career and the results I’ve been able to achieve.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is simple: believe it’s possible—and then learn from those who have already made it happen.

Success leaves clues. I’ve always made it a point to seek out people who reflect the level of leadership and impact I aspire to, and to learn from their experiences, decisions, and mindset. That has been one of the most powerful accelerators in my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to intentionally build a community of support—and not limit that search to your immediate workplace.

In technology, women in leadership are still underrepresented, and it’s not always possible to find mentors within your own organization who share your path or experiences. That’s why it’s so important to seek out connections across companies and professional communities.

Surround yourself with people who support your growth, challenge you, and remind you of your strengths. That network can provide perspective, encouragement, and confidence—especially in moments where you may not see it yourself. Building that community is one of the most important investments you can make in your career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in our field right now is balancing rapid innovation with responsible governance. Organizations are moving quickly to adopt cloud technologies, AI, and automation, but many are still maturing in areas like cost management, security, and compliance. That gap can create risk if not addressed intentionally.

At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity. There is a growing need for leaders who can bridge the gap between technology and business—ensuring that innovation is not only fast, but also sustainable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

In the legal technology space specifically, the complexity is even greater due to regulatory requirements and the sensitivity of data. This makes strong governance, cross-functional collaboration, and clear accountability more important than ever.

Those who can bring structure to that complexity—while still enabling innovation—are in a unique position to drive meaningful impact and long-term value.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me, both professionally and personally, are integrity, accountability, perseverance, and a deep respect for people.

At the core of everything I do is a belief that success—whether in business or in life—is built through people. Every interaction is with someone who brings their own strengths, perspectives, and challenges. I believe it’s important to truly see people for who they are and to recognize what they do best.

No one is perfect, and I don’t believe perfection is the goal. Instead, I focus on identifying strengths—both in others and in myself—and building around them. Whether I’m leading a team or supporting the people in my personal life, I try to meet individuals where they are, understand what drives them, and create space for them to succeed in their own way.

I also value ownership and follow-through. Doing what I say I will do and being someone others can rely on is just as important in my personal relationships as it is in my professional role. Combined with a mindset of perseverance—continuing to move forward even when things are difficult—these values guide how I show up every day.
