Tina McNeill

She is an accomplished commercial real estate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in CMBS special servicing, asset management, and loan resolution. Currently serving as Director of CMBS Special Servicing at Brighton Capital Advisors, she oversees the management and resolution of complex commercial mortgage-backed securities loans, working closely with borrowers, rating agencies, lenders, and construction consultants. Prior to this role, she spent 13 years at Wells Fargo as Director and Asset Manager, where she managed a diverse portfolio of non-performing loans and REO properties across hotel, office, and multifamily asset classes. In this capacity, she reviewed and approved modification and extension requests, construction draws, and leasing requests, while analyzing borrower financials and property operating statements to inform strategic decisions. She is recognized as a detail-oriented, analytical leader who combines deep industry expertise with strong communication and relationship management skills to drive successful outcomes in complex commercial real estate transactions.
