I would say my personality. I'm a very hard worker. I hold myself to very high standards in the apparel space. ...follow-up and follow-through, being supportive through the process and the streamline of that sales cycle on that project, is what's really key to being successful in the industry.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice probably was on one of my first presentation meetings. ...feedback from my first account that I presented to would be the best advice I got. ...someone that's been in the industry over 30 years was priceless to me.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Opportunities: taking on two new brands - Tencin (T-E-N-S-O-N) and Craft sporting apparel for distribution in the U.S. market, growing brand portfolio and servicing more customers including collegiate space. Challenges: minimal, as company avoided pricing increases and apparel shortages unlike others in 2026.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would say great communication, reliability, consistency, meeting the customer's expectations and time frame is something I value. ...A client is more than just a client. They're like family to me. ...I have their back, and it's going to be successful.
