About Tina
I've been in my field for about 15 years now. For the past 11 years, I've served as a supervisor at the Kroger Distribution Center, where I oversee between 80 and 90 employees daily with a focus on training and production. Before that, I worked as an administrative assistant for the Marshall County School System, an assistant teacher for ICS, and in security. About a year and a half to two years ago, I founded Pressure with Purpose, my motivational branding company that helps people turn pressure into purpose, inspired by personal losses including my son, his daughter, and my nephew in 2021.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think the challenges that I've focused on, that I've seen, that I've had, have been detrimental in forming the person that I am today. I've used everything, including getting my NASM training certification, to assist others with knowledge I've studied.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Every day I wake up to a new challenge. It's staying focused, finding the time to stay online and in the midst. There's a lot of different motivational speakers out there, so trying to review everything and stay up-to-date.
