What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice for young women entering the field is a reflection of my own journey: think outside the box, don’t be afraid of change, always network, and continuously build your skill sets.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge today is the ever evolving, interconnected, and highly digital environment. These complexities require banks to move beyond traditional risk models and adopt more dynamic integrated and technology-driven strategies. The biggest opportunity in segment risk banking today is leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics to create more integrated, proactive, and predictive risk management framework.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my granddaughter and family. I enjoy expanding my knowledge through reading The CEO and Financial Journals. I also place great importance on volunteering and giving back to my community.
