Tina Marie Stiles
Tina Stiles is a seasoned financial services professional currently serving as a Segment Risk Specialist Senior at Huntington Bank. With over 20 years of experience in underwriting, quality assurance, and risk management, she brings extensive expertise in mortgage underwriting, credit analysis, fraud research, project management, and team leadership. Tina is adept at analytical assessments, self-employed income calculation, asset and cash flow analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University and an Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science from Columbus State Community College. Throughout her career, Tina has held key roles including Senior Underwriting Specialist at JPMorgan Chase and Sr. Underwriter at Huntington National Bank, consistently demonstrating her proficiency in due diligence, risk assessment, and process improvement.
Tina is also a dedicated community member and cancer survivor, actively participating in Pelotonia events to support cancer research and volunteering with Pelotonia Kids. Her commitment to professional excellence is matched by her resilience and leadership both inside and outside the workplace.

Be patient. Seek a workplace that aligns with your values and treats you with respect.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice for young women entering the field is a reflection of my own journey: think outside the box, don’t be afraid of change, always network, and continuously build your skill sets.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge today is the ever evolving, interconnected, and highly digital environment. These complexities require banks to move beyond traditional risk models and adopt more dynamic integrated and technology-driven strategies. The biggest opportunity in segment risk banking today is leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics to create more integrated, proactive, and predictive risk management framework.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my granddaughter and family. I enjoy expanding my knowledge through reading The CEO and Financial Journals. I also place great importance on volunteering and giving back to my community.
