Her Story

About Tina

I've been in this field for over 10 years because I've always been a nurturer and caring person who loves people. After helping my mother with my uncle's hospice care, I saw how hard it was for elderly to navigate healthcare systems and wanted to make a difference. My husband and I opened a healthcare franchise so I could assist patients directly, advocate for financial support, and build personal relationships with clients like family. I treat every client as if they were my own mother or father, even giving out my personal number for 3 AM calls.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always remember your why. Remember why you wanted to be in healthcare. We all go into it with the heart of wanting to help others and show caring kindness. Hold on to that purpose so you don't get overwhelmed or lose sight of the person you're serving.
