She is an experienced economic development and administrative professional with over 25 years of experience in county government and community-focused organizations. She currently serves as the Incubator Manager at the Eastern Shore Innovation Center and Dorchester County Economic Development Administrative Specialist, supporting entrepreneurs, business development, and local economic growth. Her background also includes extensive executive administrative experience and work as a Live Scan Technician. She holds a diploma in Business Administration and Executive Assistance and is certified in entrepreneurship center management. She also contributes to women’s empowerment through volunteer work with The Foundation of HOPE, Inc.
