Tina V. Wallace

I am an advisor, consultant, trainer, speaker, and founder dedicated to helping women leaders and purpose-driven professionals align their calling with strategy to build impactful, profitable legacies. I currently serve as the founder of OnyxGold Group, a practice I established in April 2025, where I work in a hybrid capacity from Atlanta, Georgia. Through my ACTS framework, I provide high-level advisory, business consulting, transformational teaching, and powerful speaking that empowers clients to lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction. My work focuses on selling from the soul, brand alignment, leadership development, and scaling from purpose for a profitable organization. I also serve as a Senior Business Consultant and Life Coach at Robinson Custom Services, working remotely with clients to support their business planning and leadership development needs.

Before launching OnyxGold Group, I spent over nine years as Founder and CEO of Del La V' Social Shopping Network, a company built around empowering women entrepreneurs who wanted to be in business for themselves but not by themselves. Through this innovative social shopping company, I created a community of stylish, driven, and purposeful women who were ready to write their own rules about achieving success, with the freedom to set their own hours and their own paychecks.

Alongside that entrepreneurial venture, I spent over four years as a Store Manager at Marshall Retail Group in Las Vegas, where I successfully managed five multi-million dollar women's boutiques on the Las Vegas Strip. In that role, I maximized sales through a structured sales process, provided phenomenal customer service through clienteling and personal shopping, managed talent identification and development, coached staff on KPIs, performed performance evaluations and leadership development workshops, executed floor resets and visual merchandising, and managed inventory with greater than ninety-nine percent accuracy across all stores. I also performed daily financial reporting, cash handling, payroll submission, and budgeting.

Earlier in my career, I owned and operated My Sistas Boutique in Lansing, Michigan, for over four years, where I worked as a fashion and jewelry designer, stylist, and fashion consultant.

Across my career in entrepreneurship, retail management, coaching, and consulting, my work has been driven by a belief that women deserve to lead with purpose, build profitable businesses, and create legacies that matter. Whether I am coaching a client through a brand transformation, consulting with a business leader, or speaking to an audience about selling from the soul, I am committed to empowering others to align their purpose with their strategy and build lives and organizations that thrive.
