The best career advice I’ve ever received is to embrace face-to-face communication, build genuine relationships, and always lead with honesty. These are principles that have guided me in becoming a more trusted and effective leader.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay curious, seek out mentors, and never hesitate to ask questions. I always say, “No one knows everything, ask, learn, and grow,” and remember that direct, face-to-face communication is key to building trust and solving problems effectively.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in property management today are labor shortages, rising costs, and evolving tenant expectations. At the same time, these challenges create opportunities to innovate operations, invest in professional development, and enhance property performance through clear leadership and effective communication.
