Her Story

About Tish

Tish Holder is an experienced interior designer and office management professional with over a decade of expertise in interior design, administration, and project management. She has successfully managed projects of all sizes, from intimate private homes to high-profile construction ventures, consistently ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and client expectations are exceeded. Her professional approach emphasizes building strong client relationships, effective collaboration, and the seamless execution of design projects, making her a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Tish’s journey into interior design began unexpectedly during a visit from her sister, when they turned on HGTV and were inspired by the world of home design. While her first husband was deployed for six months, she took on the ambitious task of designing their entire home. Upon his return, he was so moved by the transformation that he encouraged her to pursue interior design professionally. What began as a hobby while she was pursuing a career in pediatrics quickly grew into a clear professional passion. Today, Tish operates as a one-person team, managing every aspect of her projects—from consultations and client appointments to creating customized design plans and executing the work—ensuring that each space reflects her client’s vision and lifestyle. Professionally, Tish has served as an Office Manager at TINO ZERVUDACHI & ASSOCIES in New York, overseeing administrative operations for a team of eight, coordinated schedules, office systems, communications, travel, and expenses. Previously, she held roles with Archetype Architecture, Modsy, David Kleinberg Design Associates, and Jayne Design Studio, where she provided administrative support, assisted with client presentations, managed project logistics, and supported designers in executing high-quality interiors. One of her most notable professional achievements is building her career around her passion, allowing her to now give back to the community by volunteering her expertise to help clients create organized, functional, and beautiful spaces. Outside of work, Tish stays inspired by watching HGTV, attending open houses to explore trends, shopping for home goods, and supporting charitable organizations that help cancer patients.
