01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build your actual human network. Talk to people, reach out using LinkedIn or any network, attend conferences open to the public. Meet people and talk to them. Do not pay attention to failures. Do not spend too much time looking back or asking why. Just jump in and start networking. Force yourself to open the door for yourself.
