In these positions, she was responsible for ISO compliance auditing, process improvement, environmental management audits, and driving corrective actions across multiple teams and sites. Her earlier career experience—from sales operations and safety oversight in the oilfield sector to retail remodeling logistics—gave her a diverse operational perspective that enhances her ability to problem-solve, collaborate, and improve systems in any setting.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Science in Health Science from Ultimate Medical Academy—both earned with a perfect 4.0 GPA. I attribute my success to the 20 years of experience I’ve gained in the field, as well as the perseverance and determination that have carried me to where I am today.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was simple yet powerful: “You can, and you will.” Those words have stayed with me and continue to motivate me to push forward with confidence and determination.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry that while people may initially feel intimidated by the idea of an “auditor,” it’s our job to show them that we’re not here to create fear—we’re here to help. Approach every interaction with clarity, respect, and the intention to support, and you’ll build trust quickly.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is being able to show up for everyone who needs support while balancing the many demands of my career. Multitasking has become essential, and mastering it allows me to meet expectations, stay organized, and continue growing professionally.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty is one of the values I hold closest, both in my work and in my personal life. Even when others may not choose to do what’s right, I remain committed to acting with integrity. I also instill these values in my children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, because integrity truly is everything.
