Being selected as one of this year’s Influential Women is an honor that reflects the work I’ve devoted my career to: elevating people through training, leadership development, and meaningful learning experiences.
After decades leading, building, and transforming sales training and leadership development functions across the life sciences industry, I remain deeply committed to giving back - empowering emerging training leaders to grow, lead with confidence, and elevate the performance of their sales teams through innovative, impactful learning solutions.
Training has always been my passion because it’s where people feel seen, supported, and set up to thrive. I’ve always believed sales training is the heart of any organization. It’s the first moment we embrace people, invest in their potential, and show them they matter. This is the key to building culture & performance!
With experience spanning Neurology, Pain Management, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Women’s Health, and Eye Care and having personally taught (educator) and carried the pharma bag - I design strategic training programs that strengthen clinical mastery, business acumen, and selling excellence. My approach blends instructional rigor with real‑world relevance, ensuring every program drives measurable performance and field adoption.
My background in launch readiness, curriculum design, onboarding strategy, Regional Field Trainer development, and certification frameworks ensures that sales teams are equipped to thrive in competitive, fast‑evolving markets. Affiliated with LTEN, HBA, and ATD and grounded in Adult Learning Principles, Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Instructional Design, Herrmann Brain Dominance, Facilitation Skills, and Consultative Selling, I bring a blend of strategic vision, coaching expertise, and engaging facilitation to the world of life sciences training.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Detail-orientation; organization, creativity; keeping it real and relevant - and a genuine passion and love for education and training.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to surround myself with authentic and real people who will collaborate with you to get things done. Bring positivity to every interaction, because your career ultimately becomes a reflection of the relationships you build and the impact you leave on others.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I have 2 wonderful daughters: Gina (aerospace quality engineer) and Laura (Director of Oncology Marketing). Both are my greatest joys and accomplishments in life! I tell them the same advice I offer to other young professionals: Find a mentor who genuinely believes in you, but remember, your career path is yours to shape & drive. Show up with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude in everything you do! In the end, what matters most are the people you meet and the lives you impact along the way. You CAN & you WILL make a difference!
